We are a family-owned company specializing in property management driven by our passion for creating memorable travel experiences. The love for travel and exploring new places is deeply rooted in the DNA of our company. It all began with our founder, Tereza Ryšavá, whose vision was sparked during her university years studying hospitality management. She was never a fan of traditional group tours with travel agencies, and the new form of travel with private accommodations added authenticity to her journeys abroad. The concept of private accommodation quickly captured her heart.

Her journey began in 2013 when she welcomed her first guests into her own apartment, which eventually led to the creation of own company - Airstay.

Tereza herself often reflects, "In addition to my own passion, I've involved nearly my entire family and many cherished friends in Airstay. This ensures a warm, familial atmosphere throughout your entire stay."

I have been working in the tourism industry since 2005. As a follow-up to this practice, I also started studying at the University of Business in Prague - majoring in Tourism, which I successfully completed in 2014. Airbnb hosting, which fascinated me from the beginning with its complexity and originality I have been working on the concept, first as a self-employed person, since 2013, after five years of successful activity and growth, in 2018 my company Airstay Prague s.r.o. was founded.

The main duty of Svetlanka and her team is to ensure perfect order in the apartments and all adjacent areas so that all guests feel at home. Svetlana has been with Tereza at Airstay since 2013, and it is largely thanks to her that Airstay is what it is today.

She is responsible for the team, welcoming and accommodating customers. He also oversees 24/7 client service. Her domain is also the organization of arrivals and solving customer problems. Klára studied international relations and is a gifted manager who has always devoted herself to working with people in the field of tourism, and not only in the Czech Republic. She worked in Thailand, Croatia, Austria, and the USA. We believe that this is also why it is a leader in its field.

She is responsible for the company's communication with all relevant authorities and for all the company's administrative actions. She is your main contact when dealing with administrative matters. In addition, Romana is the exclusive communicator at the offices of all parts of Prague and all related branches, such as Foreign Police, City District, Business, Environment, Hygiene, etc. Thanks to her personal care and approach, everyone knows us well, which helps us in the sustainability of our business.

Uliana is an architecture student at the Czech Technical University and at Airstay she helps with designing original interiors so that the units catch the attention of our potential clients at first glance.
